Andy Jeffries joined Kansas Asphalt in the winter of 2005 after graduating from Emporia State University. His first role with the company involved running asphalt paving, milling, and concrete crews within the Construction Division. Eventually, he began bidding work as an estimator, all while keeping an eye on the construction happening in the field. In 2010, Andy was promoted to Vice President of the Construction Division, as the company had experienced rapid growth despite the nationwide recession. As the company moved forward and branched out into other operating sectors, Andy was promoted to Executive Vice President of Construction.
In 2020, Andy became the Chief Operations Officer, which is the role he holds currently. His duties include overseeing all of Kansas Asphalt’s field operations.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish, especially with his trusty dogs at his side.
